Apply today!</p><p> </p><p>Daily Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Maintain precise records of all vendor payments</li><li>Monitor tax liabilities and ensure tax liabilities are paid on time</li><li>Responsible for paying and keeping record of all invoices</li><li>Keep track of all company credit card spending, and make payments on credit accounts</li><li>Analyze all accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure payment accuracy</li><li>Work collaboratively with various departments to perform accounting audits</li><li>Prepare and mail all required tax documents</li></ul>

<ul><li>AS in Accounting and Finance preferred</li><li>2-3 years proven Accounts Payable experience required</li><li>Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills</li><li>Experience with ERP systems (i.e. SAP, Netsuite, Oracle, etc.) wanted</li><li>Strong experience with tax liabilities and documents</li><li>Ability to work either independently or collaboratively as needed</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li></ul><p>**All candidates must undergo drug and background screening for consideration</p>
