Apply Today!</p><p> </p><p>While each project is a bit different, the key responsibilities for this role include:</p><p>- Ready monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting</p><p>- Constantly improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process</p><p>- Implement monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP</p><p>- Review financial results (benchmarks, trends, performance metrics)</p><p>- Arrange quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors</p><p>- Realize compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures and controls by working with business partners</p><p>- Participate in various initiatives spanning multiple departments</p><p>- Put together Balance Sheet account reconciliations</p><p>- Ad-hoc reporting and special projects, as needed</p>

<p>- BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are desired</p><p>- Minimum 5-7 years of overall general accounting experience</p><p>- Experience with ERP systems</p><p>- Highly organized and self-motivated</p><p>- Demonstrated skills in interacting effectively, both verbally and in writing, with functional managers</p><p>- Strong familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)</p><p>- Knowledge of cash applications</p><p>- Adeptness in Payments Reconciliation</p><p>- Comprehensive knowledge of account reconciliation</p><p>- Foundational knowledge in asset management</p><p>- Proficient at analyzing financial data and promptly creating accurate reports</p><p>- Financial reporting systems proficiency</p><p>- Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines</p><p>- Ability to work well in matrix organization and dealing with ambiguity</p><p>- Skillful in analytical, quantitative and social skills</p><p>- SEC reporting and SOX compliance is a plus</p><p> </p><p>**All candidates must undergo drug and background screening for consideration</p>
