Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Charlottesville, Virginia. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to support daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to administrative tasks.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Handle incoming calls with attention to detail, providing accurate information or redirecting inquiries as needed.<br>• Perform efficient and accurate data entry to maintain organized records and reports.<br>• Manage reception duties, including welcoming visitors and maintaining a well-organized front desk environment.<br>• Coordinate and support daily administrative office functions to ensure seamless operations.<br>• Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.<br>• Prepare and distribute correspondence, documents, and other materials as required.<br>• Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as necessary.<br>• Collaborate with team members to address operational challenges and improve processes.
• Proven experience in administrative assistance or similar roles.<br>• Strong proficiency in answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.<br>• Familiarity with data entry and maintaining accurate records.<br>• Ability to manage receptionist duties and create a welcoming environment.<br>• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.<br>• Proficiency in using office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.<br>• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• High level of attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
