Web Analytics Specialist
<p>Responsible for tracking, analyzing, and interpreting data related to website performance and user behavior. This role works closely with marketing, content, and development teams to provide actionable insights that drive website optimization and digital marketing effectiveness. Key responsibilities include configuring analytics tools, developing reports and dashboards, and making recommendations to enhance the user experience and achieve business objectives.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Implement and manage web analytics tracking using tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.</li><li>Collect, analyze, and report on website traffic, user engagement, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.</li><li>Generate insights and recommendations to improve website structure, content, and usability.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to support A/B testing, attribution modeling, and other data-driven initiatives.</li><li>Create and maintain custom dashboards and regular performance reports for stakeholders.</li><li>Stay current with best practices and trends in web analytics, SEO, and digital marketing.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.</li><li>Strong data analysis and data visualization skills.</li><li>Working knowledge of data layer concepts, tag management tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager), and website optimization techniques.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</li></ul><p><br></p>
