<p>Proactively recruiting Systems Analysts for upcoming contract roles supporting business applications and cross-functional technical needs.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze system requirements and recommend enhancements or process improvements</li><li>Support enterprise applications, integrations, upgrades, and configuration changes</li><li>Document workflows, technical specifications, and system behaviors</li><li>Partner with business users to resolve issues and manage small-scale projects</li><li>Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting of application issues</li><li>Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and support teams as needed</li></ul>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>3–6 years of systems analysis or application support experience</li><li>Experience with ERP, CRM, HRIS, or similar enterprise platforms</li><li>Strong understanding of data flows, system mapping, and business requirements</li><li>SQL querying experience preferred</li></ul>
