<p><strong>Required Tools & Technologies</strong></p><ul><li>Windows Server & Microsoft 365</li><li>Azure, Azure AD, Intune, Entra ID</li><li>VMware, Hyper-V</li><li>PowerShell scripting and automation</li><li>Backup & recovery tools (Veeam, Commvault, or similar)</li><li>Monitoring tools (SolarWinds, SCOM, or equivalent)</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of systems administration experience</li><li>Strong cloud and virtualization background</li><li>Experience with automation and infrastructure best practices</li><li>Azure or Microsoft certifications preferred</li></ul>
