Recruiting Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will support the hiring needs of a dynamic manufacturing organization, playing a key role in full-cycle recruitment and administrative HR tasks. This is a long-term contract position with the potential for growth and development within the team.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for manufacturing and salaried positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.<br>• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with candidates to meet hiring goals.<br>• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate and organized candidate records.<br>• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to assess hiring priorities and address staffing needs.<br>• Maintain compliance with hiring policies and ensure detailed documentation of recruitment activities.<br>• Assist with onboarding processes to provide new hires with a seamless transition into the organization.<br>• Partner with HR leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements within the recruitment function.<br>• Support the growing HR team by contributing to administrative tasks and maintaining a business casual environment.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or HR, including familiarity with full-cycle recruitment.<br>• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.<br>• Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.<br>• Efficient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.<br>• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.<br>• Experience in manufacturing recruitment is preferred but not required.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.<br>• Recent graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
