<p>We are looking for a confident and personable individual to join our team as a Receptionist on a contract basis. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented environment. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This is a short term, part time contract starting 12/22 and ending 1/2. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Greet visitors and clients upon arrival, providing a friendly and detail-oriented welcome.</p><p>• Handle incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring inquiries are directed appropriately.</p><p>• Manage and operate a switchboard with up to 10 phone lines.</p><p>• Respond to inbound calls promptly and courteously, addressing questions or routing them to the correct department.</p><p><br></p>

<p>• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.</p><p>• Ability to confidently operate a multi-line phone system and switchboard.</p><p>• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.</p><p>• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.</p><p>• Comfortable working part-time hours and adhering to scheduled shifts.</p><p><br></p>
