<p>We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our team on a contract-to-permanent basis. In this role, you will play a key part in driving feature development and supporting the onboarding of new business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile environments, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in custom software development.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead feature development initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.</p><p>• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements.</p><p>• Conduct user interviews to understand needs and translate them into actionable user stories.</p><p>• Manage and track project tasks using tools such as Atlassian Jira.</p><p>• Perform manual quality assurance testing to ensure product functionality and usability.</p><p>• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business units and technical staff, to deliver projects successfully.</p><p>• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, ensuring teams remain focused and productive.</p><p>• Provide regular updates and reports to leadership to ensure transparency on project progress.</p><p>• Support the onboarding process for new business units, ensuring smooth integration.</p><p>• Maintain a strong focus on Property & Casualty insurance-related projects.</p>

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance.<br>• Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile software development environments.<br>• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and user story creation.<br>• Familiarity with project management tools such as Atlassian Jira.<br>• PMP certification or equivalent project management expertise.<br>• Hands-on experience with manual QA processes.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.<br>• Solid understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and practices.
