This is a Contract position, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise in managing payroll processes for a dynamic and mission-driven environment. Responsibilities: • Process full-cycle payroll for employees across multiple states in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. • Utilize ADP Workforce Now to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution. • Handle payroll for over 500 employees, maintaining precision and efficiency throughout. • Address and resolve payroll discrepancies, ensuring employee satisfaction. • Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to maintain compliance. • Prepare and manage payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders. • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align payroll operations with organizational goals. • Conduct audits on payroll records to maintain accuracy and integrity. • Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns.

• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing. • Expertise in handling multi-state payroll operations. • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems. • Demonstrated ability to manage payroll for large organizations with over 500 employees. • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address payroll discrepancies. • Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and responding to employee inquiries. • High attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in payroll processes.
