<p>Proactively recruiting IT Support Specialists for upcoming contract and contract-to-hire opportunities across enterprise environments.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide Tier 1–2 support for hardware, software, and network issues</li><li>Manage tickets through ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira, or equivalent ITSM tools</li><li>Support user onboarding/offboarding, account access, and permissions</li><li>Troubleshoot O365, Teams, Windows 10/11, VPN, and basic network connectivity</li><li>Assist with equipment setup, deployment, imaging, and asset tracking</li><li>Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and technical procedures</li></ul>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>2–4 years of IT support experience</li><li>Proficiency with Windows OS, O365, and ticketing tools</li><li>Experience with Active Directory, MFA, and SSO platforms</li><li>Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset</li></ul>
