Instructional Designer
<p>We’re looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging, effective learning experiences that support employee training, onboarding, and professional development. This role partners with subject matter experts (SMEs), marketing, and internal teams to translate complex information into clear, user-friendly learning content.</p><p>What You’ll Do</p><ul><li>Design and develop instructional materials including eLearning courses, training modules, presentations, and job aids</li><li>Partner with SMEs to analyze learning needs and define learning objectives</li><li>Create storyboards, scripts, and course outlines aligned with adult learning principles</li><li>Develop content using authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise), Adobe Captivate, or similar</li><li>Incorporate multimedia elements (video, graphics, assessments) to enhance learner engagement</li><li>Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) to guide course development</li><li>Review and revise content based on feedback and performance data</li><li>Ensure content is accessible, inclusive, and aligned with brand or organizational standards</li></ul><p><br></p>
<ul><li>2+ years of experience in instructional design, learning design, or training development</li><li>Experience developing eLearning and digital learning content</li><li>Strong writing, editing, and content-structuring skills</li><li>Experience working with SMEs and cross-functional teams</li><li>Familiarity with LMS platforms and course deployment</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines</li></ul>
