HRIS Assistant
We are looking for an experienced HRIS Assistant to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This Contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for candidates who excel at managing HR systems and providing backend support to ensure smooth operations. The role involves collaboration with HR teams to address system-related challenges and maintain accurate employee records.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage and update HRIS databases to ensure employee records are accurate and up-to-date.<br>• Provide backend support for HR teams, including resolving system-related issues and handling timesheet corrections.<br>• Collaborate with HR business partners to address workflow challenges and ensure proper entry of job changes in the system.<br>• Assist in troubleshooting and escalating system discrepancies to the appropriate team for resolution.<br>• Support multi-state payroll processes, including hourly and salaried leave management.<br>• Train on and utilize various HRIS platforms, including UltiPro and UKG Pro, to meet organizational needs.<br>• Respond to team inquiries regarding HRIS functions and provide guidance on system usage.<br>• Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with organizational policies.<br>• Adapt to dynamic environments and assist new managers in navigating HRIS systems.<br>• Participate in the transition or implementation of new HR systems as needed.
<p>• Proven experience working with HRIS platforms such as UltiPro, UKG Pro is a requirement. </p><p>• Strong understanding of HR workflows and backend processes.</p><p>• Ability to manage multi-state payroll and leave processes effectively.</p><p>• Familiarity with timesheet corrections and system troubleshooting.</p><p>• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</p><p>• Strong communication skills to collaborate with HR teams and managers.</p><p>• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and support high-turnover situations.</p><p>• Basic knowledge of HR policies and compliance standards.</p>
