Data Analyst
<p>We’re looking for a Marketing Data Analyst who can turn raw data into clear insights that improve campaign performance, audience targeting, and overall marketing strategy. This role is ideal for someone who loves dashboards, analytics, and helping marketers make smarter, data-backed decisions.</p><p> • Analyze marketing performance across channels (web, email, social, paid media, CRM)</p><p> • Build dashboards and reports that track KPIs, trends, and conversion funnels</p><p> • Measure ROI for campaigns and provide recommendations to improve future outcomes</p><p> • Work with marketing and leadership teams to identify growth opportunities</p><p> • Pull and structure data from multiple tools (GA, CRM, ad platforms, email platforms, etc.)</p><p> • Conduct A/B test analysis and provide insights on winning variations</p><p> • Support audience segmentation and targeting for paid and email campaigns</p><p> • Identify areas of friction in the user journey and present optimization ideas</p><p> • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper tracking setup</p><p> • Present findings in a clear, visual format that’s easy for non-analysts to understand</p>
<p>• 2–5+ years of experience in data analysis, ideally in a marketing or digital environment</p><p> • Strong skills in Excel/Sheets and data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)</p><p> • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and paid media platforms</p><p> • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies</p><p> • Understanding of marketing metrics: CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, funnel conversion rates, etc.</p><p> • Experience with CRM or automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Marketo)</p><p> • Strong communication and presentation abilities</p><p> • High attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets</p>
