We are looking for a skilled PC Technician to join our team on a contract basis in Chandler, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and associated hardware. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-paced Internet Service Provider industry.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and associated peripherals to ensure optimal performance.<br>• Perform maintenance and repairs on devices from various manufacturers, including Dell and Apple.<br>• Set up and manage cable installations to support network connectivity and system operations.<br>• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software efficiently.<br>• Collaborate with team members to implement solutions and improve system functionality.<br>• Ensure all equipment and systems comply with company standards and guidelines.<br>• Provide detailed documentation of technical issues and resolutions.<br>• Assist in upgrading hardware and software components as needed.<br>• Maintain an organized inventory of computer parts and tools.<br>• Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing technical concerns.

• Proven experience in computer hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.<br>• Knowledge of associated hardware and peripherals.<br>• Familiarity with cable installation and network setup.<br>• Hands-on experience working with Dell Technologies and Apple devices.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br>• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.<br>• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.<br>• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
