We are looking for an organized and proactive Dispatcher to join our team in Cerritos, California. The role involves managing driver schedules, coordinating routes, and ensuring seamless communication between drivers, customers, and management.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate and dispatch drivers to optimize route efficiency and ensure timely service.<br>• Maintain consistent communication with drivers to address schedule changes and operational needs.<br>• Monitor the progress of daily tasks and provide updates to customers and management.<br>• Respond to inbound and outbound calls regarding service requests and scheduling inquiries.<br>• Accurately input and maintain data in the dispatch system.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays that arise during daily operations.<br>• Assist with administrative tasks related to dispatch and scheduling.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and operational success.<br>• Provide excellent customer service to address inquiries and concerns effectively.

• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or scheduling is preferred.<br>• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.<br>• Familiarity with computer programs and data entry systems.<br>• Experience with ERP platforms such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne or IBM AS/400 is a plus.<br>• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.<br>• Problem-solving skills to handle operational challenges.<br>• Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
