We are looking for a dedicated Dispatcher to join our team in Cerritos, California. The role involves coordinating driver schedules, managing communication between various stakeholders, and ensuring smooth daily operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Organize and dispatch drivers to optimize route efficiency and on-time deliveries.<br>• Maintain consistent communication with drivers to address schedule changes or challenges.<br>• Monitor ongoing tasks and provide timely updates to both management and customers.<br>• Answer incoming calls and manage requests related to scheduling and service inquiries.<br>• Input and maintain accurate data in the dispatch system to ensure operational accuracy.<br>• Resolve issues that arise during daily operations through effective problem-solving.<br>• Offer administrative assistance to support dispatch-related workflows.<br>• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service quality.

• Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or scheduling is preferred.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.<br>• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.<br>• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.<br>• Proficiency in computer systems, including ERP software and data entry.<br>• Familiarity with tools such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, IBM AS/400, and About Time.<br>• Experience handling inbound calls and managing billing functions.<br>• Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges efficiently.
