<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.</p><p>• Minimum of 6 years of experience in networked environments, including PC support and enterprise infrastructure.</p><p>• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows administration, including imaging, profile migration, and hardware diagnostics.</p><p>• Comprehensive knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, routers, and enterprise environments.</p><p>• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and resolve complex technical challenges.</p><p>• Familiarity with Cisco routers and networking systems.</p><p>• Experience with disaster recovery planning and cloud database management.</p><p>• Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate across departments.</p>
