<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 2+ years of payroll processing or related experience preferred.</li><li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Proficiency in payroll software systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, or similar) and MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables).</li><li><strong>Knowledge:</strong> Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.</li><li><strong>Soft Skills:</strong> Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.</li></ul><p><br></p>
