Payroll Administrator

If you thrive under deadlines and love problem-solving, we want to hear from you!</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and process <strong>full-cycle payroll</strong> for employees, including timekeeping, deductions, and taxes.</li><li>Ensure payroll is accurately calculated and delivered on time.</li><li>Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as internal company policies.</li><li>Handle payroll reporting, audits, and reconciliation of accounts.</li><li>Address employee payroll inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>2+ years</strong> of payroll administration experience, with a focus on <strong>full-cycle processing</strong>.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, or similar platforms).</li><li>Understanding of state and federal wage laws and tax regulations.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Contract Details:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Temporary position</strong>: Estimated duration of 3-6 months</li><li>On-site role, based in <strong>Cedar Rapids, Iowa</strong>.</li><li>Competitive hourly pay based on experience.</li></ul><p><br></p>
