This long-term contract role involves overseeing critical financial projects and ensuring their successful delivery. The position requires strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of project management principles, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage project plans using established strategic planning processes and templates. • Coordinate all workstreams, including requirements development, testing, and business readiness. • Implement and manage change control processes to address adjustments or unforeseen challenges. • Maintain clear and effective communication with executive leadership and key stakeholders. • Ensure the timely delivery of project milestones while adhering to organizational goals. • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and resolve issues. • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure readiness for deployment. • Lead efforts to align projects with business and organizational strategies. • Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management. • Promote collaboration among teams to achieve project objectives efficiently.

• Extensive experience in project management, especially within financial industries. • Strong knowledge of strategic planning and change management processes. • Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization. • Familiarity with project management tools, lifecycles, and methodologies. • Demonstrated ability to oversee user acceptance testing and ensure business readiness. • Experience working with stakeholders and executive leadership to achieve project goals. • Knowledge of retirement or securities industry is preferred but not required. • Excellent organizational and planning skills to manage multiple priorities.
