<p>We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This long-term contract role requires a skilled individual with expertise in strategic planning, project delivery, and stakeholder communication. If you thrive in dynamic environments and excel at managing complex projects, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to organizational success.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee the comprehensive delivery plan across multiple workstreams, including requirements development, testing, and business readiness.</p><p>• Ensure adherence to established strategic planning processes and templates for project execution.</p><p>• Manage change control processes effectively to address evolving project needs.</p><p>• Lead communication efforts with executive leadership and key stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.</p><p>• Coordinate activities and deliverables across teams to meet project deadlines and objectives.</p><p>• Provide guidance and support to ensure smooth transitions and readiness for business operations.</p><p>• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to maintain project lifecycle standards.</p><p>• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the project plan.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of project outcomes.</p>

• Extensive experience in project management, including leading complex initiatives.<br>• Strong understanding of strategic planning and delivery processes.<br>• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization, including executive leadership.<br>• Familiarity with project management tools, frameworks, and lifecycles.<br>• Knowledge of the financial industry; retirement sector experience is a plus but not required.<br>• Proven skills in change management and stakeholder engagement.<br>• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project demands.<br>• Solid organizational and planning skills with a focus on achieving business readiness.
