In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in managing business-to-business collections while maintaining positive client relationships. Responsibilities: • Manage business-to-business collections with tact and care to maintain strong client relationships. • Utilize Microsoft Excel to track and organize collection activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • Handle a mix of business and consumer accounts, with a primary focus on corporate clients. • Communicate effectively with clients to resolve outstanding balances while maintaining a high standard of customer service. • Adhere to company policies and procedures to deliver high-pressure collections without compromising quality. • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure accurate account information and efficient collections processes. • Gain familiarity with company systems and tools to streamline daily operations. • Provide periodic updates on collection efforts and account statuses to team leads or supervisors.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with spreadsheets for data management. • Strong background in accounts receivable and collection processes, preferably in a B2B environment. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally. • Proven ability to manage high-pressure collections while maintaining client relationships. • General knowledge of working within organizational systems; familiarity with construction industry systems is a plus. • Exceptional customer service skills to address client concerns effectively. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
