Erin, Christin, and Lydia would be happy to discuss.</p><p><br></p><p>Details:</p><p>- Location: Waterloo, IA</p><p>- Duration: Currently approved for 2 year contract, possibility of extension.</p><p>- Please note: Visa sponsorship not available now or in the future.</p><p><br></p><p>What You’ll Do:</p><p>- Lead and support supplier negotiations to meet cost, quality, and continuity goals</p><p>- Drive continuous improvement across supplier relationships, performance, and total cost using established supply management tools</p><p>- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to influence future product architecture and module decisions</p><p>- Support Engineering Change Management to ensure timely and cost-effective implementation of design and product updates</p>

<p>Experience preferred:</p><p>- 2+ years of project management experience (planning, coordinating resources, delivering results)</p><p>- 2+ years of negotiation and conflict-resolution experience (internal and/or supplier-facing)</p><p>- 2+ years in a Supply Management role</p><p>- Strong written and verbal communication skills</p><p>- Background in product design, quality, cost management, or direct material supply management</p><p>- Experience working with global teams or global products</p><p>- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI)</p><p>- Working knowledge of SAP and SharePoint</p><p><br></p><p>Education:</p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Management, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience</p>
