Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support front office operations in Cathedral City, California. In this Contract position, you will play a vital role in assisting residents, managing calls, and handling essential administrative tasks. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have experience in administrative support, this role may be a fit for you.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide excellent customer service by assisting residents with inquiries and requests.<br>• Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate departments.<br>• Facilitate leasing agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.<br>• Process rental applications and maintain organized records.<br>• Conduct walkthroughs of properties to ensure compliance and address any concerns.<br>• Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain office systems and records.<br>• Manage front office operations, including receptionist duties and scheduling.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office workflows and efficient communication.<br>• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
• At least 1 year of experience in administrative or office support roles.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.<br>• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing call-related tasks.<br>• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.<br>• Familiarity with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing schedules.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.<br>• High level of professionalism and attention to detail when handling sensitive information.
