<p>Robert Half Contract Finance and Accounting is looking for a detail-oriented Grant Analyst to join our client on a contract basis in Carson City, Nevada. This role focuses on managing grant-related processes, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate financial and program data. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in grant management, financial reporting, and database administration, along with strong organizational and analytical skills.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Verify and review monthly reports and financial status submissions from subgrantees to ensure accuracy and compliance.</p><p>• Maintain and update tracking systems for project completions, expenditures, and funding sources.</p><p>• Manage the WxPro database, including user access, funding codes, and data integrity.</p><p>• Prepare and submit reimbursement requests for multiple funding sources after securing internal approvals.</p><p>• Coordinate and conduct annual monitoring visits to ensure subgrantee compliance.</p><p>• Support quarterly council meetings by organizing agendas, reporting expenditures, and documenting minutes.</p><p>• Attend internal and external meetings to provide program support and updates.</p><p>• Revise and maintain administrative manuals, program forms, and other documentation.</p><p>• Collaborate with compliance audit investigators to ensure adherence to eligibility and training requirements.</p><p>• Monitor grant expenditures to ensure proper allocation across funding sources.</p><p><br></p><p>If interested please apply today and for immediate consideration call Keisha White at 775-828-0969</p>

• Extensive experience in grant management and financial reporting.<br>• Proficiency in database management and advanced Excel skills.<br>• Strong knowledge of monitoring and compliance practices.<br>• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.<br>• Effective communication and collaboration skills.<br>• Familiarity with weatherization programs or contracting/construction industries is a plus.<br>• Ability to analyze data accurately and ensure compliance with funding guidelines.<br>• Experience with government grants and eligibility verification processes.
