We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Carrollton, Texas. This role involves ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and movement of goods within the warehouse. If you have experience in warehouse operations and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.<br>• Assemble pallet orders to prepare shipments for distribution.<br>• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed to move or organize inventory.<br>• Utilize pallet jacks to transport products safely within the warehouse.<br>• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment to ensure smooth operations.<br>• Assist with shipping and receiving duties, including verifying and processing incoming and outgoing shipments.<br>• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.<br>• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and achieve operational goals.

• Previous experience in warehouse duties, including order picking and packing.<br>• Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and warehouse distribution processes.<br>• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks; forklift certification is a plus.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as required.<br>• Basic knowledge of inventory management practices.<br>• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
