<p><strong>Graphic Designer</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Carrollton, TX 75007 (Hybrid Schedule)</p><p><strong>Duration:</strong> 3–6 Month Contract | 40 Hours/Week</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking a <strong>Graphic Designer</strong> with a strong eye for color, composition, and typography to join our creative team on a contract basis. This role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work required in Carrollton, TX. The ideal candidate will bring fresh, trend-forward design sensibilities and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Day in the Life:</strong></p><ul><li>Play a key role in developing innovative product and packaging designs.</li><li>Participate in trend research and brainstorming sessions for new product concepts.</li><li>Create compelling color schemes, patterns, and mockups for presentations and sample submissions.</li><li>Prepare production-ready print files for packaging and ensure accuracy and quality in final deliverables.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Top 3 Must-Haves:</strong></p><ol><li>A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in <strong>color, composition, and typography</strong>.</li><li>Proficiency in <strong>Adobe Illustrator</strong> and <strong>Photoshop</strong> within a <strong>Mac environment</strong>.</li><li>Ability to translate creative concepts into polished, production-ready designs.</li></ol><p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in consumer product or packaging design.</li><li>Familiarity with art supplies, crafts, or educational products.</li><li>Understanding of print production processes and file setup.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills & Tools:</strong></p><ul><li>Expertise in <strong>Adobe Creative Suite</strong>, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.</li><li>Strong visual storytelling and layout skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Experience with mockup creation and presentation design.</li></ul><p>Your creativity and design skills will help shape engaging packaging and product visuals that inspire customers and elevate brand presence.
