Robert Half Talent Solutions is partnering with a growing company searching for a Senior Accountant.<br><br>Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Accountant will:<br>• Assist in the month end closing process and preparation of financial statements.<br>• Balance sheet and bank account reconciliations. <br>Monthly variance analysis of income statement and corporate expenses. <br>• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules.<br>• Assist with process improvement and internal control initiatives. <br>• Assist in the oversight of accounts receivable and accounts payable. <br>• Enhance efficiency through process automation and support ERP system implementations.<br>• Perform other accounting-related duties or projects as assigned.<br><br>Desired Senior Accountant qualifications:<br>• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business.<br>• 5+ years of full cycle accounting experience and strong knowledge of GAAP accounting.<br>• ERP systems (experience with Great Plains is a bonus).<br>• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and data modeling.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with all levels of the organization.<br><br>Our client offers a comprehensive benefits package and base salary to $105k.
