<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education</strong>: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.</li><li><strong>Experience</strong>:</li><li>A minimum of <strong>7 years</strong> of experience in manufacturing accounting, with specific expertise in cost accounting and inventory management.</li><li>Proven track record of <strong>managing or supervising accounting teams.</strong></li><li>Familiarity with accounting operations across <strong>multi-entity or multi-location</strong> organizations is highly desirable.</li><li><strong>Technical Skills</strong>:</li><li>Advanced proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Excel</strong>, including pivot tables and complex formulas.</li><li>Experience with ERP systems like <strong>Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central</strong>, or similar platforms.</li><li><strong>Analytical Expertise</strong>: Strong skills in <strong>variance analysis</strong> and KPI reporting.</li><li><strong>Leadership & Communication</strong>:</li><li>Possess exceptional <strong>communication abilities</strong> to engage with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership to inspire and manage staff within the accounting function.</li></ul><p><br></p>
