Responsibilities:• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.• Prepare and review general ledger accounts and perform reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.• Manage payroll operations, verifying compliance with regulations and accuracy in processing.• Analyze financial data and develop detailed Ad Hoc reports to support decision-making.• Utilize QuickBooks and NetSuite systems for efficient financial management and reporting.• Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to ensure precise job cost accounting.• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations.• Serve as a key contributor to fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.• Maintain high standards of accuracy and organization in all accounting activities.• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic goals.

• Proven experience in general ledger accounting and month-end close processes. • Proficiency in using QuickBooks and NetSuite for financial operations. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and interpret detailed financial reports. • Demonstrated expertise in payroll management and compliance. • Background in the construction industry is highly preferred. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly.
