<p>We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team in Burlington, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records through meticulous analysis, reconciliations, and reporting. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with a dedicated financial team.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Conduct thorough balance sheet reconciliations and perform detailed analyses across multiple legacy systems.</p><p>• Prepare and record journal entries while supporting month-end close activities.</p><p>• Manage fixed asset and lease accounting responsibilities, ensuring a seamless transition of lease-related tasks.</p><p>• Collaborate with the finance team to consolidate fixed asset data from various platforms, including NetSuite, Great Plains, and Excel.</p><p>• Assist in the implementation of Oracle GL, specifically focusing on the Fixed Assets module.</p><p>• Utilize advanced Excel functions, such as pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, to validate and reconcile financial data.</p><p>• Work independently and proactively as a senior-level resource, addressing challenges with a hands-on approach.</p><p>• Partner with team members to facilitate smooth knowledge transfer and operational continuity.</p>

• Extensive experience in senior-level accounting roles, preferably within multi-entity or shared services environments.<br>• Proficiency in month-end close procedures and reconciliation tasks.<br>• Familiarity with Oracle, NetSuite, Great Plains, or similar financial systems.<br>• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to use pivot tables and VLOOKUPs effectively.<br>• Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate incomplete or imperfect data with confidence.<br>• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.<br>• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving abilities.
