We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Configuration SME to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Buford, Georgia. This role involves supporting the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Sage Intacct to ensure smooth operations and effective reporting. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach to help transition critical financial and operational processes into the new system.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead and support the configuration and implementation of Sage Intacct, ensuring alignment with business needs.<br>• Collaborate with third-party vendors to facilitate the transfer of historical data, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and job information.<br>• Develop and modify reports to meet business requirements, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.<br>• Provide technical guidance on system capabilities, including API development and client-side scripting.<br>• Work closely with stakeholders to document business requirements and translate them into system configurations.<br>• Optimize financial processes, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, within the new ERP/CRM system.<br>• Offer insights and training to team members to adapt to cloud-based reporting and workflows.<br>• Ensure ongoing configuration management and system updates to maintain operational efficiency.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve issues post-implementation, ensuring seamless system performance.<br>• Collaborate on process improvements to maximize the effectiveness of the new system.

• Proven experience in ERP/CRM system configuration, with a focus on Sage Intacct.<br>• Strong knowledge of client-side scripting and API development.<br>• Ability to create and modify business requirement documents.<br>• Expertise in configuration management and system optimization.<br>• Familiarity with financial processes, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.<br>• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address reporting and system challenges.<br>• Strong communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders and vendors.<br>• Availability to work onsite in Buford, Georgia as needed.
