Workplace Experience Ambassador 3
We are looking for a Workplace Experience Ambassador to join our team in Buffalo, New York. This contract position is focused on delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth operations of workplace services and event setups. You will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment for both internal and external visitors, while maintaining high standards of organization and efficiency.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide exceptional front-of-house support, warmly greeting visitors and addressing inquiries with professionalism.<br>• Coordinate and oversee the physical setup of events and meetings, ensuring signage, furniture, and equipment are properly arranged.<br>• Maintain accurate records of room bookings and event schedules, regularly updating calendars to reflect changes.<br>• Collaborate with the facilities team to deliver seamless workplace services and resolve operational issues as needed.<br>• Act as a liaison to communicate effectively with various teams, ensuring customer satisfaction at all levels.<br>• Monitor and uphold cleanliness and functionality of shared spaces to enhance the overall experience.<br>• Assist with catering arrangements and hospitality services to support events and meetings.<br>• Utilize software tools to manage daily activities and ensure proper documentation.<br>• Demonstrate a proactive approach in identifying opportunities to improve workplace services.
<p>• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.</p><p>• Experience in reception, concierge, or related fields.</p><p>• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in both verbal and written forms.</p><p>• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</p><p>• Self-motivated with a confident and efficient attitude, capable of working independently and in a team.</p><p>• Familiarity with PC operating systems and proficiency in using software for scheduling and records management.</p><p>• Experience in catering or hospitality services is preferred.</p><p>• Ability to adapt and respond effectively to various workplace needs and customer inquiries.</p>
