Receptionist
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Buffalo, New York. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of front desk responsibilities. This position requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work collaboratively with others in the office.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.<br>• Assist in checking visitors into conference rooms and escorting them to their designated offices.<br>• Maintain the cleanliness of shared spaces, including spot-checking the café and loading dishes into the dishwasher when necessary.<br>• Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.<br>• Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and directing them to the appropriate person.<br>• Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed to support day-to-day activities.<br>• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and maintaining records.<br>• Ensure conference rooms are prepared and organized for meetings.<br>• Support additional front desk duties as required to maintain efficiency.
• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles.<br>• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively with team members in a shared space.<br>• Organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining office cleanliness and operations.<br>• Proficiency in managing administrative tasks, including scheduling and record-keeping.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.<br>• Familiarity with basic office equipment and tools.
