Housing Coordinator
We are looking for a dedicated Housing Coordinator to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Buffalo, New York. In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial processes and ensuring accuracy in housing-related accounting tasks. This position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of financial systems and contribute to the creation of essential financial reports.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Collect and process rent payments from tenants, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.<br>• Generate and distribute billing statements, addressing discrepancies as needed.<br>• Record and post payments to maintain up-to-date financial records.<br>• Monitor and organize financial documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards.<br>• Create detailed monthly financial reports to support organizational decision-making.<br>• Prepare comprehensive reports to summarize financial activities and trends.<br>• Handle account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of recorded transactions.<br>• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounts payable and receivable processes.<br>• Utilize financial software such as QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft Excel in daily operations.<br>• Assist with invoice processing and data entry tasks to maintain organized records.
• Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or other accounting functions.<br>• Proficiency in financial software including QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft Excel.<br>• Strong ability to perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.<br>• Familiarity with billing processes and invoice management.<br>• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and tenants.<br>• Demonstrated ability to create accurate financial reports and maintain records.<br>• Prior experience with data entry and financial documentation.
