Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP ERP implementation and management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Proven experience in the discrete manufacturing sector, preferably in the high-tech industry. • Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as PP (Production Planning), MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), WM (Warehouse Management), QM (Quality Management), and FI/CO (Finance and Controlling). • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable. • Global project management experience, including working with cross-cultural teams. • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and financial operations. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). • SAP certification in relevant modules is a plus. • PMP or other project management certifications are desirable. • Strategic thinking and innovation. • Leadership and team management. • Strong business acumen and customer focus. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
