Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Brockton, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional service by efficiently managing schedules, optimizing routes, and ensuring accurate data entry. This fully onsite position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment while enhancing your customer service skills.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate and manage client appointments using Google Calendar and Google Maps.<br>• Optimize routing schedules to ensure efficiency and timely service delivery.<br>• Input and maintain accurate client information within Google-based software systems.<br>• Provide exceptional customer support by answering inbound calls and addressing inquiries.<br>• Handle outbound calls to follow up with clients and confirm appointments.<br>• Assist with order entry and processing to ensure seamless operations.<br>• Collaborate with technical teams to schedule services and resolve any scheduling conflicts.<br>• Maintain a detail-oriented and friendly approach when interacting with clients and team members.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required.<br>• Proficiency in using Google Calendar and Google Maps for scheduling purposes.<br>• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Excellent communication skills for managing inbound and outbound calls.<br>• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.<br>• Familiarity with order entry processes and related software.<br>• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
