HR Recruiter
We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Bristol, New Hampshire. In this role, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment efforts, ensuring the sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes run smoothly and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.<br>• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.<br>• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent for open positions.<br>• Conduct structured interviews to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with company values.<br>• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and organized candidate records.<br>• Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to expand the candidate pipeline.<br>• Provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.<br>• Track and report recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies.<br>• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing.<br>• Background in corporate recruiting with a focus on high-volume or specialized roles.<br>• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.<br>• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders.<br>• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and strategies to identify candidates with relevant experience.<br>• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.<br>• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting methods.
