<p>Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare <strong>property management</strong> sector, is seeking an experienced <strong>Senior Procurement Manager</strong> to lead sourcing, vendor management, and purchasing operations across a growing national portfolio. This is an <strong>onsite, interim opportunity</strong> based in <strong>Brentwood</strong>, TN — ideal for a strategic procurement professional who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and driving measurable results in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee all aspects of procurement operations for construction, facilities, and property-related goods and services.</li><li>Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing and supplier reliability.</li><li>Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate supplier performance.</li><li>Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Real Estate teams to align procurement activities with business objectives.</li><li>Optimize procurement policies, procedures, and reporting systems to support scalability and compliance.</li><li>Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements across the supply chain.</li><li>Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company standards, ethical practices, and healthcare property regulations.</li></ul>
