Call Center Specialist

If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are ready to make an impact, we want to speak with you <strong>ASAP</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p>As a Call Center and Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving vendor engagement and supporting client campaigns. You will initiate outreach to strategic vendors not yet enrolled in our program, manage call queues, and ensure campaign timelines are met. This is a strategic, high-volume calling role that blends customer service, sales support, and data accuracy.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Initiate outbound calls to vendors to encourage program participation.</li><li>Maintain and prioritize the vendor queue; retire vendors who decline participation.</li><li>Accurately input vendor/client data into internal databases, including contact and agreement details.</li><li>Communicate enrollment metrics to clients, sales teams, and project managers.</li><li>Serve as a liaison to resolve payment issues and negotiate terms.</li><li>Overcome objections by offering alternative payment solutions.</li><li>Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.</li><li>Use multiple systems to assist customers quickly and efficiently.</li><li>Cross-sell additional services where appropriate.</li><li>Multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.</li><li>Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative support is helpful — <strong>call center or sales experience is not required</strong>.</li><li>Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</li><li>Basic math and analytical thinking skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) or a willingness to learn quickly.</li><li>Bilingual in <strong>French or Spanish</strong> is a strong plus.</li></ul>
