<p>Call Center Specialist</p><p>Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for problem-solving and customer service? Join our dynamic team as a Call Center Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in vendor outreach, data management, and client support. This position requires strategic calling, accurate data entry, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Initiate contact with strategic vendors not currently enrolled in our program.</li><li>Maintain and prioritize the vendor queue, retiring vendors who decline participation.</li><li>Ensure campaign completion within designated timelines.</li><li>Accurately input vendor and client data into internal databases, including contact and agreement details.</li><li>Communicate enrollment statistics with clients, sales, and project management teams.</li><li>Serve as a liaison between vendors and clients to resolve payment issues and negotiate terms.</li><li>Overcome objections by offering alternative payment solutions.</li><li>Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls professionally.</li><li>Use multiple applications to assist customers efficiently.</li><li>Cross-sell additional products and services when appropriate.</li><li>Transfer calls to the correct department or personnel.</li><li>Provide accurate account information in a fast-paced setting.</li><li>Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.</li><li>Multitask effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.</li><li>Complete additional tasks as assigned based on business needs.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.</li><li>One to two years of experience in a high-volume call center environment preferred.</li><li>At least 1 year of experience in sales support, inside sales, or telesales preferred.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments.</li><li>Excellent time management, analytical, and general math skills.</li><li>Superior telephone etiquette and communication skills (verbal and written).</li><li>Calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced team setting.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.</li><li>Bilingual in French and/or Spanish is highly valued.</li></ul><p>Benefits & Perks</p><ul><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage starting the first month after hire.</li><li>Automatic 401(k) enrollment (subject to eligibility).</li><li>Access to virtual company-wide fitness classes.</li><li>Generous PTO including holidays, vacation, sick, personal, and volunteer time.</li><li>Employee discounts with major providers.</li><li>Contributions to local and national philanthropic organizations.</li><li>Engaging company culture with contests and prizes.</li></ul><p>Equal Opportunity Employer</p><p>We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
