Inventory Clerk
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team on a PART-TIME contract basis in Bradenton, Florida. This role involves managing incoming mail, analyzing documents, and ensuring accurate data entry for internal systems. If you excel in organization and have experience in inventory tracking, this position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Please note that this role is part-time (20-25 hours per week) and 100% on-site in Bradenton, FL. </li></ul><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Open, count, and sort daily incoming mail to ensure accurate processing.</p><p>• Analyze and review document content to determine appropriate handling and routing.</p><p>• Identify inconsistencies or anomalies in documents and address them based on client-specific guidelines.</p><p>• Enter key data into internal systems with precision and attention to detail.</p><p>• Scan physical documents for digital records and client accessibility.</p><p>• Research and resolve missing or incomplete information in documents.</p><p>• Track and maintain records of document counts and other critical metrics.</p><p>• Support special mailroom and data entry projects as assigned by leadership.</p>
• Proven experience in inventory tracking, asset management, or related fields.<br>• Familiarity with assembly lines and annual physical inventory processes.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Proficiency in data entry and handling large volumes of information.<br>• Ability to analyze and interpret documents accurately.<br>• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members.<br>• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
