Quality Assurance Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of software solutions for the mortgage industry. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact while collaborating with a team of skilled professionals.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct thorough manual testing processes to identify and address software defects.<br>• Develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of testing procedures.<br>• Perform regression testing to validate fixes and updates across software releases.<br>• Audit systems and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.<br>• Investigate and report suspicious activities, ensuring adherence to security protocols.<br>• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve overall product quality.<br>• Create detailed documentation for test plans, procedures, and outcomes.<br>• Proactively identify testing gaps and implement solutions to enhance quality assurance processes.<br>• Ensure all software meets functional and performance requirements before release.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance roles, preferably in the mortgage or rental industry.<br>• Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.<br>• Proficiency in developing and executing automated test scripts.<br>• Experience with regression testing and identifying system vulnerabilities.<br>• Ability to perform audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.<br>• Familiarity with suspicious activity reporting and security protocols.<br>• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.<br>• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team environment.
