Associate Creative Director
<p>Robert Half's marketing & creative client is seeking an Associate Creative Director for a long-term contract. This remote, 20 - 40-hour-per-week opportunity requires candidates to work eastern (EST) hours. The client is seeking a highly skilled and client-facing Associate Creative Director with strong skills in experiential, tradeshow, or large-scale event design. Interested candidates must submit a portfolio showcasing relevant experiential design samples to be considered. The Associate Creative Director will oversee creative development for exciting experiential projects with a focus on blending design vision with strategic marketing execution. This role will lead creative presentations, manage team outputs, and ensure deliverables meet high standards of aesthetic and functional impact.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Act as the primary creative lead for client-facing engagements, including feedback loops with marketing and creative stakeholders</li><li>Package and pitch creative outputs to ensure alignment with client brand standards and project objectives</li><li>Establish a clear cadence for creative reviews, milestone tracking, and feedback sessions</li><li>Facilitate day-to-day creative syncs to maintain momentum across the team</li><li>Provide direction rooted in modern and innovative design aesthetic sensibilities</li><li>Oversee the development of practical, production-ready creative assets for experiential environment</li><li>Maintain consistency and design quality across all deliverables, adhering to established brand guidelines</li></ul><p><br></p>
<ul><li>5+ years of experience as a creative leader, specializing in experiential, tradeshow, or large-scale event design or environmental branding</li><li>Portfolio of relevant design samples</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of interfacing with clients and stakeholders</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional creative teams and manage complex timelines in fast-paced environments</li><li>Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator</li><li>Solid understanding of design aesthetics such as minimalism, Scandinavian, and mid-century modern with a contemporary twist</li><li>Experience collaborating with diverse teams, including graphic designers, engineers, and 3D production specialists</li><li>High attention to detail</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Portfolio Requirement:</strong></p><p>Candidates must share a portfolio showcasing their prior experience in tradeshows, large-scale installations, or experiential events. Work samples should highlight typography, large-scale design, and an understanding of environmental application.</p>
