<p><strong>Assistant Controller (Funds) (2 openings) </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Hybrid (minimum 2 days in-office, Boston, MA)</p><p><strong>Reports to:</strong> Vice President of Finance</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Overview:</strong></p><p>A highly regarded investment firm is seeking two Assistant Controllers to support fund-level accounting, reporting, and operational finance functions. This role blends technical accounting expertise with process oversight, systems optimization, and innovation initiatives.</p><p>The position partners cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and efficient operations, while helping drive continuous improvement through automation and modern technology tools.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee accounting and reporting for investment funds and related vehicles, including audit coordination</li><li>Manage relationships with third-party administrators and review fund accounting deliverables</li><li>Prepare and review financial statements, capital activity, and investor reporting</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and governing agreements</li><li>Support investment-related transactions and treasury activities</li><li>Collaborate with tax, legal, and operations teams on reporting and compliance matters</li><li>Maintain strong internal controls and documentation across finance processes</li><li>Respond to stakeholder and investor inquiries</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and system enhancements</li><li>Leverage data analytics and technology to increase efficiency and scalability</li><li>Partner across teams to streamline workflows and improve overall financial operations</li></ul>

<p><strong>Keys:</strong></p><ul><li>7+ years overall experience.
