Sales Associate
<p>The hiring manager is looking for Sales Associates for a theatrical event. Candidates must have great communication skills and a very friendly personality as this is customer facing and high volume. Quick learner who can be trained on the retail/cash handling duties. Must be able to stand for hours and lift boxes up to 40 lbs. Dress code is black shoes, black pants. Disney will provide a Disney shirt which candidates will be required be to wear. If requested by candidates, Disney will provide a face mask. There will be a mandatory orientation/training on first day and schedule to follow at orientation. There will be 7-8 shows per week as outlined in the schedule at orientation. Ideally, we’d like the selected candidates to commit to 4 shows per week with at least 1 being a weekend shift. Scheduling will be based off business needs and not guaranteed. Interview process will consist of a video interview with candidates answering 3 questions provided by DTG team.</p><p><br></p>
<p>Qualifications: Experience working in Retail</p><p>Experience with cash handling</p><p><br></p><p>Basic Qualifications:• Passion for interacting with Guests of all ages</p><p>• Works well in a team environment and to achieve shared goals</p><p>• Able to handle tasks accurately under time pressure</p><p>• Can communicate effectively with a diverse audience</p><p>• Perform quick, accurate and effective till transactions that enhance a seamless Guest experience</p><p>• Respond to Guests needs in a friendly, proactive and timely manner</p><p>• Maintain neat and organized kiosks so that product is clearly represented and available for replenishment, always ensuring accuracy</p><p>• Manage time effectively and efficiently</p><p>• Must be able to lift boxes up to 40lbs</p><p>•Must be able to stand, push, pull, and to twist to retrieve product from the kiosk for up to 5 ½ hours</p><p>•Kiosk is a narrow workstation so spatial awareness is a must</p><p>•Review and ensure all candidates meet the Disney Look guidelines Education: High School Diploma</p>
