Records Specialist
<p>We are looking for a meticulous and organized Admin Assistant to join our team in Boise, Idaho. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining records to ensure their accuracy, accessibility, and proper documentation. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for administrative tasks.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Organize and maintain physical and digital files to ensure easy access and proper storage.</p><p>• Scan and digitize documents, ensuring quality and accuracy during the process.</p><p>• Index and catalog records systematically for efficient retrieval and tracking.</p><p>• Review documents for completeness and compliance with organizational standards.</p><p>• Perform regular audits to verify the accuracy and integrity of stored records.</p><p>• Collaborate with other departments to manage and share records as needed.</p><p>• Assist in implementing and improving filing and documentation systems.</p><p>• Respond promptly to requests for records and information from team members.</p><p>• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents at all times.</p>
• Proven experience in filing, document scanning, and cataloging.<br>• Familiarity with document indexing and organizational systems.<br>• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in records management.<br>• Proficiency in using scanning equipment and software tools.<br>• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.<br>• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.<br>• Effective communication skills to interact with team members and departments.<br>• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in records management are a plus.
