<p>Our team is seeking a highly organized Project Accountant with a strong background in construction accounting for an exciting opportunity in Boise, Idaho. The ideal candidate will have experience managing project-based financials, performing detailed cost analysis, and collaborating with project managers and leadership to ensure accurate accounting throughout the project lifecycle.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage all aspects of project accounting, including job cost tracking, budget review, and project billing.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.</li><li>Reconcile project accounts and prepare monthly financial statements.</li><li>Maintain contract documentation and change orders; assist with compliance audits.</li><li>Prepare and submit draws, lien waivers, and related construction documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Prior experience in construction project accounting is required.</li><li>Proficiency with job cost software and Excel preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of GAAP and construction industry billing processes.</li><li>Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
