<p>Robert Half is partnered with an esteemed organization that is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Specialist to support their team. The Foreclosure Specialist will play a critical role in managing foreclosure processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and maintaining quality assurance standards.</p>

<p>Responsibilities:</p><p>Manage all aspects of foreclosure proceedings from initiation to completion.</p><p>Review and monitor foreclosure timelines to ensure timely resolution of cases.</p><p>Prepare and process foreclosure-related documentation, including affidavits, legal filings, and notices.</p><p>Collaborate with legal teams, mortgage servicers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.</p><p>Perform quality checks to prevent errors and ensure accuracy throughout the foreclosure process.</p><p>Maintain detailed records of foreclosure activities and report status updates to management.</p><p>Investigate and resolve issues that may arise during foreclosure proceedings.</p><p>Stay updated on regulations, laws, and trends impacting the foreclosure process.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.</p><p>Experience: Minimum of 2 years in foreclosure processing, mortgage servicing, or a related field.</p><p>Knowledge of federal, state, and local foreclosure laws and guidelines.</p><p>Proficiency in foreclosure management systems, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.</p><p>Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.</p><p>Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.</p>
